Add a Kolla Ansible-based Tempest/OpenStack setup Add a setup that runs a Tempest suite of tests against an OpenStack deployed by Kolla Ansible. The setup is similar to the iSCSI multipath one. Change-Id: Ib41aa7f3a7110ef3afc20076d54d01c473e1e827
