Change glance default back to WSGI mode The situation around glance under WSGI has changed a lot in a week. We can now run tasks and imports under WSGI, so let's switch the default back so that glance is consistent (by default) with the other projects. Change-Id: I3ae285b2ac4972c0b8abaccfc7c0ede0e1c49bf1
