  "message": "Tolerate missing deps in get-stats.py\n\nIn order to run on systems where not all requirements are present,\nwe should be tolerant of missing external dependencies, such as\npsutil and pymysql. Print a warning (to stderr) and just leave out\nthose stats in that case.\n\nAlso make running the stats collector use ignore_errors:yes to avoid\nfailures in the future.
