  "message": "exercises/euca: Fix volume timeout\n\nFixes bug 1087656\n\nIn euca exercise, the timeout for one of the volume operations was\nspecified as ASSOCIATE_TIMEOUT, whereas the timeout error message was\nmentioning RUNNING_TIMEOUT.
