Remove workaround for `openstack complete`
This reverts commit 6930ba312f787e0459f7455ac6ba2a70b3c7c37d.
By reverting this patch we are no longer using the bandaid fix mentioned
in the code. The latest openstackclient release (3.3.0) fixes the bug.
