Fix spelling of `ADITIONAL_VENV_PACKAGES`
This preserved `ADITIONAL_VENV_PACKAGES` as an input for backwards
compatiblity, but takes `ADDITIONAL_VENV_PACKAGES` with priority.
Fixes spelling in comment.
