  "message": "Provision deployment requirements for get-me-a-network\n\nNeutron implemented an extension to allow users to automatically\nprovision a basic network topology to connect their instances.\n\nOne of the requirements for this feature is to be able to mark\nan external network to be the one to be used for external\nconnectivity. Another requirement is subnetpools, which are\nused to determine the IP space to allocate for private tenant\nnetworks.\n\nThis patch codifies these requirements.
