  "message": "Turn off tracing for service functions\n\nThese functions commonly externally called (as part of stackrc\ninclusion, even) and do a fair bit of iteration over long\nservice-lists, which really fills up the logs of devstack and grenade\nwith unnecessary details.\n\nThe functions are well tested by unit-tests, so we are very unlikely\nto need to debug internal issues with them in a hurry.
