  "message": "Temporary add feature pragma\n\nOpenStackSDK has a feature branch \"feature/r1\" as a preparation for the\nR1.0 release. Due to different branch naming functional tests with\ndevstack are not running. Add temporarily (for the duration of the\nfeature branch) pragma to the zuul.yaml to allow Zuul run functional\ntests.
