  "message": "Add DVR support to lib/neutron\n\nAdded NEUTRON_DISTRIBUTED_ROUTING to more easily control DVR\nconfiguration.  If set to True, DVR will be enabled and the\ndefault agent mode will be set to \u0027dvr_snat\u0027 since that works\nwith all types of routers by default.
