The AZ filter is deprecated and planned for removal this cycle To facilitate that this change removes it form the default filter list. By default nova has used placement for AZs so this filter has not been requried since xena. Change-Id: Ie5e216dd8c2a7ecf43cc6954ec4f73d4d67b5b3b
