The default is false (for now).\n\nThe changes are modeled on keystone\u0027s use of apache.\n\nNote that these changes are dependent on\nhttps://review.openstack.org/#/c/121823/ in ceilometer.\n\nUsing mod_wsgi allows the ceilometer api to handle \"concurrent\"\nrequests.
