      "message": "Fix bugs for installing docker, bug #1237581.\n  -The change in install_docker.sh corrects a typo (\u0027\u003d\u0027 should be \u0027-\u0027).\n   This typo resutls in \u0027unable to locate the packet\u0027 error when executing apt-get.\n\n  -The second change is in hypervisor-docker fix the error for reporting\n   docker is not installed when docker is actually set up.
