      "message": "Add toggle to run Nova API and EC2-API under Apache2\n\nInspired by keystone and rcbops-cookbooks\u0027s nova scripts,\nthis review adds apache2 templates for two of the Nova\nservices. Also add code in lib/nova to switch between\nthe old and new ways to these two services.
