      "message": "add gating up/down script for devstack\n\nThis adds the test infrastructure for testing that unstack.sh and\nclean.sh do the right thing, and actually stop what\u0027s expected. This\nis designed to be used in upstream testing to make unstack and clean a\nbit more certain.\n\nIt includes numerous fixes to make these pass in an errexit\nenvironment with the gate config.
